This Sunday, we will begin a new program for the kids 7-12 in the Seeking Hearts group!!!

Once a month (the third Sunday), from 11:30 to the end of the service, the children will be participating in one of four ministry teams. They will be learning new ways, and using some skills they may already have, to minister the Word of God to others.

Here's the teams:

Encouragement Team (Led by Michael Lacey, Jr)-these kids will be sending encouragement in the form of pictures, notes, and perhaps service projects, and other activities as the Lord directs to encourage different groups--groups like the elderly, service men & women, those in jail, missionaries, the homeless, etc.

Drama/Puppet Team(Led by Joel Good & Alex Cunningham)-these kids will be learning skits to share the love of Jesus with others.

Worship Dance Team (Led by Lindsay Freeman)-these young ladies will be learning how to worship the Lord through dance, and using this ministry to encourage others in their worship of the Lord.

Worship Signl Team (Led by Lisa Ware)-these kids will be learning ALS (American Sign Language) signs and incorporate them in their worship while singing praise and worship songs. As they learn this skill, they will be encouraging each other and others in their worship time.

The teams will share what they have learned and done later in the year. They may also share their new ministry skills with other Children's Church classes at MCF (the younger groups.)
