FOCUS, on what???

When our name was finally determined, our hope was that folks would ask what the acronym meant. As you can see, "Founded on Christ's Unending Sacrifice" is the answer.

Welcome to F.O.C.U.S. We are a youth group centering around the grades of 7th and 8th, with exceptions of some a little younger, some a little older. The group is full of wonderfully "spirited, energetic, wall bouncing" teens (or almost teens). We are led by Stu and Tamara Jenkins of MCF.

F.O.C.U.S. meets every other Thursday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the MCF fellowship hall, just off of the kitchen.

Our time is spent in the 3(F) categories: Food, Fun, and Fellowship. We eat around 6:00, play some interactive games, then chat about our lives, Jesus' life and God's desire for us, which we find in His word - the Bible. We pray for each other, (when we're not too shy) and we leave anxiously awaiting our next gathering.

If you are eligible, come check us out. If you have missed coming for awhile, you too have been missed. The door is always open, come when you can and bring a friend if you are shy. We'll help break you of that shyness!
